Returns
At Dogvana, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you're not completely happy with your order, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] or [email protected], and we’ll make every effort to assist you.

We allow exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be accepted for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been chewed, damaged by pets, or used for anything outside of their intended purpose.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. To avoid unnecessary returns, we highly recommend consulting our sizing charts prior to placing your order.

If your exchange request is approved, we’ll ship a replacement item. If the requested product is unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer the option to choose a different item or receive a full refund.

Refunds
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or [email protected]. Be sure to include a photo of the item and a short explanation of the issue.

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that have been chewed, torn, or otherwise damaged by pets.

Additionally, Dogvana is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse or using products inappropriately.
